Not long ago, an Irvine customer who we've done business with for ages called us for a repair on her Kitchenaid oven. While setting up her appointment she proceeded to tell me how much she appreciated the service of OCWS over the years. She'd even made friends with a service tech she had several times to her house for repairs. He's come to know her whole family. The kids met him when they were little and now they're in college and married. Her last comment was she didn't know what she'd do if we ever went out of business. What a nice way to end a day at work- knowing gratitude and appreciation for a job well done! James of Santa Ana, a recent but new customer of OCWS, expressed his thanks for a service tech's willingness to go the extra mile to help him out with a repair that no one else had been able to do for him on his Maytag refrigerator. He said he felt confident in calling us for future repairs on all his appliances.
